1. PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING

PURPOSES AND BASIS FOR LEGITIMIZATION
The information will be processed with the purpose of managing your subscription to the Polish Sport Business Programme newsletter in order to keep you informed on any news related to the field of sports research or any other field related to Polish Sport Business Programme.
SDM will be sending standard communication newsletters and updates in relation to our: events, conventions, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and other undertakings. This will include sending you information about/with news, invitations, early offers, discounts, and other benefits, as well as e-mails related or following-up on the above. We believe they will all be highly informative and of your great interest. The information will be mainly promotional, marketing- or sales-related materials.
The information will be processed for the purposes of contacting you to resolve any questions or concerns you have raised.
The data will be processed in order to analyze your application to Polish Sport Business Programme.
Your consent is the basis for legitimization of this processing.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Your
information will not be transferred, sold, rented, or made available in any
other way to any third party, except for those SDM UK Limited service providers
who perform certain activities for the SDM UK Limited (for example, sending the
newsletter). However, in no other case will they process your

AUTOMATED DECISIONS AND PROFILE DEVELOPMENT
For some services, we may process your personal information using automated methods. This means that some decisions are made automatically without human involvement. For example, segmenting you according to whether you are interested in certain sections of SDM UK Limited.

SDM UK Limited, as an international entity, has international suppliers who may provide services from outside the EU. Therefore, it is possible that your information may be processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (for example, the supplier who sends the newsletter, information storage, management of requests for information or member services, etc.).
In any case, the SDM UK Limited will ensure that such information processing is always protected with appropriate guarantees. These may include:
Standard Clauses approved by the EU: These are contracts approved by the European regulator and those which provide sufficient guarantees to ensure that the processing complies with the requirements established by the European Data Protection Regulations.
Certification of third parties: For example, Privacy Shield, the framework agreement between the EU and the United States, which establishes a standardized framework for processing of data in accordance with the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation.
DURATION OF PROCESSING
All the information you provide us will be processed until you unsubscribe or until the SDM UK Limited judges that, by all means available according to the technology available at any given time, you are no longer interested in their products.
The user is informed that once they have been unsubscribed, SDM UK Limited will retain their information for statistical purposes or market study, duly anonymized whenever possible, or duly blocked to comply with any legal obligation of the SDM UK Limited.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
You may revoke your consent to any of the above-mentioned data processing at any time.
Finally, if you no longer wish to receive our communication you may unsubscribe. You can do it by following the un-subscribe link located at the bottom of the footer of such communication. You can also write us to info@sdmworld.com and ask to be unsubscribed (the right to be forgotten). In such case, all of your data will be removed from our data base collection
