Arek Putkowski
Arek is a Project Leader of the Polish Sport Business Programme and the host of “The Business of Sport Polska” podcast. Full of passion and openness to new challenges, Arek is responsible for several international projects at International Sports Convention. Always open to discussion with a space for the new ideas. Football and volleyball lover. Privately, the big fan of Harry Potter series and video games.
Nigel Fletcher
Nigel is CEO of the International Sports Convention – a diverse events, media and education company in the Business of Sport. Nigel has worked for FIFA and many notable brands in sports marketing. He has lived for 18 years in Warsaw, Zug, Zurich and Lausanne and now resides in the UK. Nigel is a keen golfer and supports his local professional club – Cambridge United, currently in the third league in English Football. Nigel was also the first person globally to attain two master’s degrees in the business of sport, nearly two decades ago and had a teaching post graduate qualification from Oriel College, University of Oxford. He also holds the UEFA B Coaching licence.
Mieszko Łastowski
Mieszko is a Partnership Coordinator of one of the biggest B2B sports events company, International Sports Convention. Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Operations to grow and develop the ISC brand across the globe – always seeking to improve the experience of the partners, delegates and connect with them in new ways as their wants, needs and touch points evolve. Mieszko is passionate about football and fitness. Interested in bodybuilding, strength training and nutrition. He also holds personal trainer qualifications.
Magdalena Fletcher
Magdalena is the Operations Director of International Sports Convention. Having spent many years practising law, especially corporate and commercial, she transferred to the sports industry to be co-founder of ISC in 2009. An avid tennis fan, she has two boys where the eldest represented Poland. Originally from Szczecin, she then spent many years in Warsaw and a decade in Switzerland.
Erin Gennard
Erin is the Project Coordinator at the International Sports Convention, leading operations and marketing. She is also the host of the “Her Business of Sport” podcast where she engages in insightful discussions with women working in the world of sport. Erin is passionate about all things Women’s Football.
Max Biddlecombe
Max is a Partnerships Coordinator at the International Sports Convention. He focuses on building strong relationships and collaborations with partners to develop mutual benefits. He has strong communication skills and strives to always deliver exceptional customer experience. As a passionate sports fan, Max is enthusiastic about the sports industry. He studied International Football Business and is also an avid Manchester United fan.
